일일 변경 아로마 테라피 향기와 우리의 스팀 룸에서 휴식 세션과 치료의 경험을 향상시킬 수 있습니다.
세션 당 최대 20 분 동안 스팀 룸을 사용하는 것이 좋습니다.
Monday : Lemongrass - an invigorating oil. Antiseptic and anti bacterial qualities.
Tuesday : Peppermint - a cooling and invigorating oil which has a warming effect too.
Wednesday : Lemon - a refreshing, cleansing light oil. Excellent antiseptic and disinfectant. Used as an ingredient in cold and flu remedies.
Thursday : Eucalyptus - best known for its effect on colds and is excellent for aches and pains. A stimulating oil.
Friday : Lavender - a good inhalant for sinusitis, bronchitis, colds and prevents vertigo and fainting. It also acts as a nerve sedative.
Saturday : Tea Tree - has a cooling effect, and is the best anti viral essential oil. It is effective against bacteria and fungi as well as viruses, and good for respiratory complaints caused by colds and flu.
Sunday : Vanilla - anti oxidant, anti depressant, sedative and relaxing oil.
